After eleven long years of not being able to eat wheat/gluten someone might think that I would go crazy with eating, but I didn't. I introduced myself slowly to new foods because I was afraid. I had some major food anxiety. I struggled with almost everything I ate. Even though my celiacs was gone and I could eat wheat/gluten without any side effects, I was still having some stomach issues. So I went back to Dr. Pinkston. I had to go a lot I didn't even realize how many allergies I actually had. I've had a lot of treatments done, so I will just share a few that have really made an impact on my health after being treated.
- Milk, dairy, and calcium
- Sugar
- Corn (which is also anything modified)
- Minerals (I couldn't drink tap water)
- Yeast
- Wheat/gluten
- Soy
- MSG
- Nuts & peanut butter
- Shrimp & shellfish ( used to close my throat)
- Nightshade vegetables
- Rice
- Potassium
- Pork
- Caffeine
- Food coloring
That was just a few of the food allergys I had, but NAET doctors can also help with other things. Here are a few things that Dr. Pinkston and Dr. Goulding helped me with.
- Acne
- Thyroid
- Harmones
- Shingle ( I had them bad on my face)
- Anxiety & depression ( was so bad I was afraid to leave my house)
- Worry & stress
- Decision making
- Heat
- Cold
- Metal
- Pollen
- H-pilori
- Radiation
- Adrenals
- Gal bladder ( I didn't have one so I couldn't digest grease foods, now I can)
- Chief cells
- Stomach
- Small & large intestines
- My Dad ( yes I was allergic to my dad)
- Auto immune
- Bile & acid
These are a few of the major things he helped me with. Now my anxiety is manageable, and I'm not afraid to leave my house anymore. I have no stomach problems, and my digestive system actually works now. All my auto immune disorders are gone. My skin is clear from shingles and acne. I'm not tired all the time like I used to be. I get along with my dad now. It takes time to get all of your allergys treated, and there may be other things causing you to feel the way that you do. So don't get discouraged. You may have to make a few visits in order to get your allergies/irritations under control.
