What is NAET

NAET stands for Nambudripads Allergy Elimination Techniques. It's a non-invasive, pain free, drug free, and natural solution to eliminate allergies of all types. Generally one allergen is treated at a time.  The reason I had milk treated first is because there are 15 base allergens and the treatments work best when treated in a systematic order.

After the top 15 are cleared or treated you can move on to other allergys. I will try to explain it to the best of my ability on how NAET works. It's defiantly a different kind of allergy treatment and it's not what you would think. They don't inject you with what you're allergic to, and they don't poke your back a million times. They don't put you on medication that may have side effects or may not even work at all. It's so much easier than that. Nambudripad claims that the centeral nervous system and associated sensory systems have the ability to detect the "electromagnetic signatures" of all molecules, with the central nervous system either attracting, ignoring or rejecting a particular substance. Rejection is said to manifest it's self as an energy disturbance or blockage to the meridians. The theory of NAET proposes that these allergies can be eliminated by addressing the energy blockages through the use of acupuncture or acupressure. Then they will aim to remove energy blockages by having you hold a glass vile while using muscle testing to determine if your allergic to it or not. once they find what your allergic to acupuncture techniques are employed while doing different breathing techquics pyou hold your breath, hyperventilate, and breath normally. Then they do what's called "closing the gates" where they hit acupuncture points on your hands and feet. After treatment, you are supposed to advoid the substance for 25 hours then after that you are usually good to go! Some treatments take 2 or 3 times but most the time it only takes 1 treatment. 


I had my doubts about it because it sounds to good to be true. I'm honestly glad I gave it a try It has changed my life forever.
